Song Fa Bak Kut Teh was started in 1969 as a pushcart and offered a basic menu of pork rib soup and braised pig’s trotters that attracted a line of regulars such as taxi drivers and families. Today they are incredibly famous and there are always long lines of people trying to get in. We recommend going to one of the branches located inside less popular malls.
